    Meet Me

I’m Charlie, husband to Tiffany and dad to Sonny. I love to help build up people and companies. I write to encourage people to live more purposeful, productive and ambitious lives.

Currently, I am Director of Economic Enterprise and Commericial Partnerships at Food for the Hungry. I work with private companies and emerging businesses to create social impact, financial returns and improveed livlihoods in developing nations. As well, I provide ongoing consulting help to non-profit and for-profit companies in areas of strategy, organization and product development.

Previously I was the chief operations and finance guy at MCI. We equipped executive level non-profit leaders to become more effective and have greater personal and organizational impact. Before that I worked at Mars Hill, one of the largest and fastest growing churches in the country. There, I supported a national expansion, launched a graduate-level training school and supported global marketing, media and leadership development efforts. As well, I’ve worked in a Fortune 100 bank as a corporate financial analyst.

My happiest times include drinking French-press coffee with my bride, snuggling my son, powder days in the mountains and watching Washington State University football.
