It’s called The Master Plan for Taking Back Control of Your Life from Tony Schwartz, President and CEO of The Energy Project. Tony’s expertise is helping people find and maintain the focus and motivation needed to get things done.
In it, he outlines 8 points for doing hard things. My favorite point? Rely less on will-power and more on habit. As he says:
A ritual is a highly precise behavior that you perform over and over, at a specific time, so it becomes automatic and no longer requires much willpower to get it done.
